Organisation
The organisation of the MGI COUTIER Group is characterised by a
legal structure composed of a limited executive (Supervisory Board and Board of Directors) managing :
Functional Departments to lend support and homogeneity,
a Business Development Department managing five Product Lines Departments (Coolant, Emission Control Systems, Engine Systems Management, Fuel and Control, Mechanisms and Washing Systems),
four Operationnal Departments which manage plants of the Group,
an Aftermarket Division dedicated to the after-sales market,
Subsidiaries and Joint Ventures.
